Where do you offer walks?
We offer dog walking and pet care in Vancouver. Tell us your neighbourhood when you enquire so we can confirm availability on your route.
What kinds of walks can I book?
Choose from group beach walks, group hikes, and private walks. We’ll help find the right fit for your dog’s personality, energy, and comfort level.
Does my dog need a trial walk?
Yes. A trial walk is part of getting started so we can get to know your dog and assess whether our walks are a good fit.
Do you provide pickup and drop-off?
Yes, pickup and drop-off by van are part of our group walking service. We’ll confirm the details for your location before your first walk.
Do you offer pet sitting?
Yes! We offer in-home and hotel pet sitting, including overnight care. Share your dates and what your pet needs so we can discuss availability and arrangements.
How does billing work?
Invoices are issued twice a month. Payment options include e-transfer and credit card through PetPocketbook. We’ll share the full payment details when you join.
How do I become a client?
Start with the new-client form. Once we have your details, we’ll be in touch about availability, your dog’s needs, and next steps. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
